    While we are considering expanding our Box offerings in Salesforce Experience Cloud, the experience cannot be entirely OOB - there will need to be some level of customization/coding, so this is not planned for now.

  5. Folder Level Setting to Enable Office Online

    It would be outstanding if Box could enable some intelligence around editing office documents, and/or have a switch you could set to only allow designated files to be editable via Office Online. That way no one could accidentally step on changes to a file that someone else made, or cause a conflict which has to be manually resolved. This would be a real big win. And when I say designated files, I mean in a folder not across Box for all of us certain file type.

  7. Make Box Lightning Component Pack for Community Cloud IDs field driven instead of static

    Rather than a static file / folder ID it would be great to be able to configure the component to allow dynamic IDs based off folders associated to new Salesforce records

  8. Enable users to sign (not just send) with DocuSign

    Currently, you can only send a document to be signed, triggering an email to the signee. However, in other cases, we need to have specific forms or contracts signed on the spot, which is something the current integration with DocuSign does not support.

    Although this suggestion is not under consideration for the current or future roadmap, please reach out to Google to communicate your request. 

  10. Enable real-time co-authoring in Adobe Docs

    This feature is available in Adobe. We will be able to move processes to Box with this integration.

  11. Alert users when Box password needs to be reset when accessing Box in Salesforce

    Passwords expired for all users on Box but when they sign-in to Salesforce, the Box window is blank.

    Request: Users see a reset password prompt for Box, when in Salesforce. Without it, they would have no idea their password needs to be reset.

  12. Support opening apps from App Gallery in a new tab or window.

    With 141 pages of apps in the marketplace, if I page through and find an app that I want more detail on, I click the app link (I cannot open this in another tab or window).

    This takes me to a page with more detail on the app. However if I go back to the marketplace, it takes me back to page 1. I then have to page through scores of views just to get back to where I left off.

    When you use the Box Upload and Attach Add-In within Outlook, the Access Level defaults to People in this folder.

    Can this be configured to match the permissions within the company, rather than a blanket default?
