   Minimum and Default Value Control Functionality:The customization options for watermarks allow users too much freedom. If users prioritize visibility and make the watermark too small or position it in a corner, there is a risk that the effectiveness of deterring copying may diminish.

   Administrator Controls:It would be excellent if there were controls to ensure that users cannot set values below a minimum level defined by administrators. Specifically, users should not be able to go below the default values set by administrators.

   Examples of Control Parameters:

   Minimum transparency level of the watermark

   Number of watermarks

   Position of the watermark

   Color of the watermark

   Display items for the watermark

   Recommendations from Media & Entertainment-Specific RegulationsFilm distribution and production companies may have restrictions on partially releasing content or footage before a specific date. These limitations can vary based on the following factors:

   Deadline RestrictionsStrict rules may be established to prevent information leaks before a work is officially released.

   Trust Level AdjustmentsThe level of trust with shared parties (such as media representatives or partner companies) can influence how much information is disclosed. It may be acceptable to be slightly more lenient with trusted partners.

   Industry PracticesAs a common practice within the industry, events known as "press screenings" or "private viewings" are held to show footage in a limited manner. Additionally, certain information is tightly controlled to prevent any leaks prior to release.

2. Add ability to manage tags

   Admins need a way to mass edit tags. Sometimes people misspell tags when they're adding them, or sometimes an entire tag itself needs to change completely, and everything that has that tag should be updated. (Check out how Zenhub handles tags for inspiration!)

3. Collapse sidebar on right hand side (Activity / Details / Metadata) by default

   Give users ability to decide at either account or folder settings level whether content opens up in full screen (i.e. marketing video etc) with the side bar on right hand side collapsed by default.

   They can then click if they want to open the sidebar to check on Activity / Details / Metadata

4. Shared With Me - Folder Management for Collaboration Folders

   We would like to have a "Shared with Me" folder for any folders we have been collaborated into.

   We continually get feature requests for Box to allow a way to organize content shared with me. For example, I'd like to create a "Shared with me" folder that all the content shared with me could be organized into.
   I envision this could happen in one of a few ways and there would need to be some determination how much control the end user has....

   Option 1:
   - Allow end users to check a setting that would create a folder called "Shared With Me". This would also move all folders that someone shared with me into the "Shared With Me" folder.

   Option 2:
   - Allow end users to manually move folders shared with them into a folder structure of their own design. For example I may create folders such as "Shared from Jim", "Shared from Carol", or "Shared by Andrew

   We would like to have a "Shared with Me" folder for any folders we have been collaborated into.
