Need to be able to circle options
We have many documents that require a selection to be made, rating service, etc. the text field, check box and radio options are not the best solution for our needs. I chatted with Emma at BOX support and she mentioned adding it here. Is there a way that we can have an additional feature added where, if someone was going to rate on a scale of 0-5, they could circle the option w/o having to download and manually act on the request?

Radio button and Dropdown for Template Tags
We need radio button for Box Sign template tags. We use checkbox for required field instead. When signer forget to check, we need to send another request again.

Add signature without needing to select default on every document
I manage 10-30 or more unique documents/invoices for accounts payable purposes on a regular basis. In DocuSign I can manage many documents, and I have 1 signature that is auto-filled for me when I add the Signature field. Although I only have 1 Saved signature In Box Sign, the extra pop-up window prompts me to select the 1 signature I have that saved in signature apply it to every document individually, resulting in additional clicks on every document. I'd like to request that this be a Box Sign enhancement to consider for all clients, to auto-fill if we have selected…

Accept Box Sign Terms of Service Disclosure Once instead of every time
Every document that we sign has us mark a check box for the Terms of Service Disclosure. It would save time if we could accept one time and it applies to every sign document thereafter.

Box Sign: Document ID on the header/footer of the document
We would like to add the Document ID number on the header or footer of the documents when we finished signing with Box Sign. We understand that the hard copy is not required as long as the sign is done with Box Sign. But, if we print out the signed document, we can not see any evidence that the signed page is related to the other pages. In the DocuSign, I can see such function.

Ability to share signing link via text message and other apps
Make it possible to send documents to be signed via text messages and other apps, such as WhatsApp, etc. Many of our clients don't have email addresses.

Draft (Sender) - Ability to save a sign request / template as a draft
When preparing documents, there is no feature for draft-saving.

Box Sign requests default "my requests" folder
Box Sign requests default to save into a "my requests" folder for all users. We don't always need the sign request saved into our regular Box folder structure and having a separate place for each user to send their requests to would be more beneficial.

Using Box Sign for forms
It would be helpful to leverage Box Sign to fill out forms. Currently, Box Sign does not allow for the Sign process to proceed unless a signature field is dropped into the document. We have a scenario where we wanted to have someone fill out text fields with various information as a step before a signature is placed. Perhaps a separate feature called Box Forms which allows those fields to be dropped in and populated onto a document before it gets to Sign?

Box Sign - Add Notary | eNotary
Add the ability to have a document notarized. The notary needs to be invited by a signer and should include standard notary fields. Please see equivalent feature in DocuSign for reference.

Box Sign should be approved by the Certificate Authority in Japan
Currently, Japanese law requires that minutes of board of directors meetings be sealed by an electronic signature service that has been approved by a certification authority.
However, Box Sign has not yet been approved by the Certification Authority.
In order to make further use of Box Sign, we'd like Box, Inc. to get approval for Box Sign from the Certification Authority.
現在、日本の法律では、取締役会議事録は認証局の承認を受けた電子署名サービスによって捺印することが義務付けられています。
しかし、Box Signはまだ認証局から承認されていません。

Ability to configure date format in the email notifications
Email notification date – The request is for the date format of this to be set by Admins for an ‘Organisation’ . The current email default is using dd/mm/yyyy which does not help North American users. To get a more universal date it would be helpful to for admins to be able to set another format like dd/mmm/yyyy

Use Box Group as a Signer of Box Sign and only one user from it needs to sign
I would like to use Box Group as a signer of Box Sign.
In addition, I only need one user from that group to sign it.The use case we have is when someone from a specific department needs to approve the document but it can be approved by anyone from that department.

Template Migration from other e-signature solutions (DocuSign, Adobe etc)
Provide a migration flow/tool that will allow customers to migrate templates from existing e-signature solution (docusign, adobe sign) to Box Sign.

Sign on behalf" or Delegate
Need ability to have an option on signature page where you can choose to forward to someone else to "sign on behalf" in addition to "reassignment". Use case comes up when a admin assistant or designated party can sign "Jane x on behalf of John" versus just capturing Jane's signature when reassigned.

Create a default Email Notifications message for all senders
The 'message' sent with a Sign document is very generic. I's like the ability to configure the standard message, then allow it to be edited before a Sign document is sent.
