Box Sign should be approved by the Certificate Authority in Japan
Currently, Japanese law requires that minutes of board of directors meetings be sealed by an electronic signature service that has been approved by a certification authority.
However, Box Sign has not yet been approved by the Certification Authority.
In order to make further use of Box Sign, we'd like Box, Inc. to get approval for Box Sign from the Certification Authority.
現在、日本の法律では、取締役会議事録は認証局の承認を受けた電子署名サービスによって捺印することが義務付けられています。
しかし、Box Signはまだ認証局から承認されていません。
Box Signをさらに活用するためには、Box社が認証局からBox Signの認可を受けることが望まれます。

We would like to digitize the minutes of the board of directors meetings, which are currently written on paper and stamped with red ink, and switch to electronic signatures. We strongly hope to obtain the certification of the authorities as soon as possible.
現在紙で作成し朱肉印を押印している取締役会議事録を、電子化して電子署名に切り替えたいと思っています。当局の認証の早期取得を強く希望します。
