Box Sign via Text / SMS
Make it possible to send documents to be signed via text messages and other apps, such as WhatsApp, etc. Many of our clients don't have email addresses.

Ability to save a sign request as a draft | draft sign request
When preparing documents, there is no feature for draft-saving. This would be very helpful to have.

Ability to disable access code step for Ready Sign Link
Ready Sign Links requires an access code today. There should be a way to disable the MFA request so users don't need to validate via access code.

Box Sign - Add Notary | eNotary
Add the ability to have a document notarized. The notary needs to be invited by a signer and should include standard notary fields. Please see equivalent feature in DocuSign for reference.

Template Migration from other e-signature solutions (DocuSign, Adobe etc)
Provide a migration flow/tool that will allow customers to migrate templates from existing e-signature solution (docusign, adobe sign) to Box Sign.

Unique domain name for Box Sign
To minimize Box Sign being blocked by customers who block app.box.com, Box Sign should have its own unique domain name. Example, sign.box.com.

Box Sign - Make PDF form fields fillable
Box Sign does not currently recognize embedded PDF form fields. You can add a text, date, checkbox, or signature field to a PDF document, but the original form fields are unavailable (but left intact).
Use case: We ask our contractors to complete IRS W-9 forms using the standard IRS fillable PDF forms. If Box Sign could recognize the embedded fields in the IRS forms, our contractors could fill out, sign, and file the forms in one process. Would like the ability for internal users to receive a task notification if assigned a signature as well as for the signer to receive a notification in the notifications bar when a document has been signed or rejected.
