Thanks for the feedback. Collections are going to remain as personalized views in the near future. We may revisit this down the road.

Collections are more intuitive than tagging for organizing photos - it would be great collections could be made available for all users at my company. We have many photos that could be cross-referenced across multiple collections without duplicating the file and without the clumsiness of tags.

It's really quite unbelievable that this isn't an option already. We want to use tags to make all of our company and client photos searchable by subject matter and Box expects its users to memorize every tag created?
Users should be able to simply search by tag...and if that's not possible at least prepopulate the "filter by tag" with existing tags so we aren't guessing.
