    Give Box admins more control over which classifications can be modified. Currently users with permissions to edit classifications can reclassify content to a less restrictive classification. Allowing admins to select which classifications can be modified would be useful for customers who want to allow reclassifying at a higher restrictive level but not less restrictive.
