Not having this feature is a real problem! Whenever I have to force a restart on my computer or Box Drive I basically can't upload anything until the Box sync is complete, because it eats up the entirety of my bandwidth. I have been trying to send a file 900MB large for several hours because I am not able to pause or reorder larger and less important files from syncing in the background first. It is severely impacting my deadlines!
