    Thank you for the suggestion. We currently do not have this planned on our roadmap.

    Please keep the feedback & use cases coming to help us prioritize this in the future!

    For those who need a solution before Box gets their act together on this very simple feature, you can use a bandwidth limiting program like NetBalancer or NetLimiter and just limit Box bandwidth when you need to

    I agree, this is crazy that this is not even on the roadmap. Literally every other cloud storage service has this ability, and it is necessary.
    I'm currently syncing a terabyte of data (not uncommon). Meanwhile, my computer is useless for other tasks. I'd like to pause the sync while I'm working, and then start it again overnight.
