    It's ridiculous that there is no character limit indicator on the message box.
    Either provide an indicator or prevent excess characters and warn the user before they waste their time writing out a communication to send through your product. Unfortunately, I keep forgetting that I shouldn't use this feature and should just use my email. A rather infuriating defect.

  2. remove the character limit on invite messages. the message portion is vital my account and sending specific instructions on folder use
