When using mark-ups over the document, we only hit the enter key to set the member shown as a suggestion. We need the same function to other cases to choose the user for making comments or adding signer in Box Sign.
When making comments in activity column, we have to put the cursor over the suggested user name. When adding signers in Box Sign, we have to put the cursor over the suggested user name.

The file generated by Box Sign will have the file name with "(1)" added to the end. Signed file will be an original file to be under control. It would be more convenient to change the file name of the file not to be signed. Currently, I have to delete the old file and remove "(1)" from the signed file, which is very annoying process...

We use Box Relay to get approval by senior members, then manually send sign requests by Box Sign as a final process.
These two processses are now disconnected.
A bunch of Box users would be saved if this feature is mounted!! :-)

It would be good to ask the template users to save the signing file with new name and at the same time avoiding overwrite the template.
We have to find a renaming menu from the meatballs menu, which is not eye-catching...
