We need this as well. We attach signed documents to records in our accounting system. Unfortunately, accounting system only supports 1 pdf per record.

ad 1) For us, the attachments could remain separate. We would like an option to either leave everything separate (like today) or get a merged doc with signed docs+signing log, plus attachments separately.
ad 2) For our use cases, attachments can remain separate
ad 3) We attach signed documents to the bookings in our accounting system. Unfortunately, that system only allows for 1 document per transaction, so we can't attach the logs. The fact that we currently only use the signed documents without the logs is something that our auditors increasingly criticize.
ad 4) It helps us being compliant!
