    Box Sign via Text/SMS is not under consideration for the future 2024 roadmap due to other priorities and effort. 

    Please continue upvoting the request, we will review this request again next year.

    I've had multiple client-heavy firms come to me with requests for their team to be able to send Box Sign requests via SMS. As in, have an employee text a Box Sign link to a client and have the client receive and sign from their phone. Docusign has this feature and this has prevented multiple customers from being able to transition to Box Sign.

    Hi there – Although we understand the need for unlimited page width, we do not plan to extend our existing full width experience. We will reconsider this experience once we have additional feedback and use cases.
