Thanks for the feedback and please do keep it coming. Support for offline access for Notes is not currently on our roadmap, however we are researching possible technical solutions and will revisit in the future.

We understand the request, but unfortunately this is not on the near-term roadmap. We are currently prioritizing automatically locking/unlocking files on Box Drive for Office files on Windows. We will revisit this feature in the future.

This is needed to make the user experience consistent for users that use a full desktop/laptop and Citrix. (session based).
Additionally, applications that work with pdf or image files (as an example) don't natively support Box so if you edit or want to save those files Box Drive is needed to allow a direct save back to Box. (and not saving to the desktop then dragging the file(s) into Box web) -

We are focus on the native integration with Office and Office365.

you can do this already by ctrl clicking on the files to multiple select
