   I would like to add to this. Lets say we have a contract 'Box App' to track contracts. We want a way to select existing files in Box into the contract process. File Request page won't work as this is expecting a file to be uploaded.
   If we had a 'Contract approval request' form, we could use the form to set the metadata values then allow selecting existing document for the approval process

   Personally I would not want the search behaviour to change. If you are in All files then search everywhere, if you are in a folder the focus should be that folder.
