    For now, we are focussed on solving bulk management issues with Shared Links.

    Box Shield is an additional option for enforcing granular controls on content.

    Editors should not have the ability to create open shared links to content they do not own!

    I can't understand how anyone thought it was a good idea to grant this permission to Editors.

    How is it possible you can block Editors from creating additional collaborators but allow them to create Shared Links open to the world on content they do not own?
