The feature to customise email is not particularly user friendly and is limited. There is no ability to send a separate message to our internal signatory (which there is in DocuSign), which means we need to send a separate email prior to sending via BoxSign with a copy of the agreement and the background information they require prior to signing.

Agreed. We often have the issue of sending a contract out to several signatories, we then find out one of the signatories needs to be reassigned to someone else - and we have to start the whole process again, meaning the other signatories potentially have to sign twice. Being able to reassign would be immensely helpful.

Lack of a scroll bar on the side makes it difficult for some users to scroll through the document (one user was unable to do so on a Mac with the apple mouse). The inclusion of a scroll bar on the side would be very helpful to overcome this issue.
