    This feature is not currently planned, but it is a second-priority item for our team. A related feature—the ability to open a file in Box Drive from the web app—is on our roadmap and will be an initial step toward supporting this request.     Sometimes it's confusing to know exactly where a link takes you in a browser without then opening the tree and find out where you are at. Opening in the Finder (Mac) would allow you to browse more like a server and make ease of access if you want to open another tab should you need to work in multiple places at the same time (which I happen to do all day long).
