I am facing the same problem.
Box Hubs is a portal feature that we are looking at, and there are many situations where we want to collaborate with groups that have many members. On the other hand, I am concerned about the load on the mail server and the security awareness of spoofed emails due to the large number of email notifications when a group is invited. We would appreciate it if you could consider improving the system so that notifications are not sent to members even when they are invited to a group.

Box Hubsはポータル機能として注目しており、多くのメンバーを抱えるグループへのコラボレーションをしたい場面が数多くあります。他方、グループ招待時の大量のメール通知により、メールサーバーへの負荷やなりすましメールへのセキュリティ意識低下などを懸念しています。グループ招待時もメンバーへの通知が送信されないような改善をご検討いただけると幸いです。
