Box Sign doesn’t currently save external recipient emails. Adding a “Recent Recipients” list for external contacts would make it easier to send new documents for signature without retyping addresses each time.

1 No, only the signed documents should be combined into a single PDF
2 Yes, only the signed files need to be merged - but if this can be decided by the end user as optional that would be great to have an option to merge attachments and signing log
3 Currently, we have to download all the files and manually merge them into a single document afterward. Additionally, not everyone in the company has access to software that allows file merging, as we don’t have enough licenses for those applications.
4 Automatically merging the signed documents would save time and eliminate the need for manual merging after signing, making the process more efficient.
