   This would be great. We use Box for our medical practice. I dictate my clinical notes within the Box mobile app. I create a new Box Note for each encounter. It would improve my efficiency greatly if i could begin each Box Note with a template and then dictate the additional information. For example, if i am dictating a new patient history, I could have a template that lays out the usual sections / formating (Medications, Allergies, Examination, Impression, Plan etc)
