    We would be able to publish manuals/guides/etc. with embedded links in them and viewers could click on the preview doc to navigate to the related content

    We have already enabled the restriction on users to create root level folders.

    We leverage a template folder structure being replicated for each of our clients (new client gets same template folder structure as pre-existing clients)

  3. BCC Email Archive to be set at the user / group level to avoid having to capture a ton of emails for people that don't need to be monitored

    We need to comply with "journaled users" archiving requirements and would like to turn on email archiving but only for a group or subset of users, not all.
