    You can use a text replacement service in your OS. I use Typinator on MacOS for this kind of thing, but I think there are some of this kind of app available for Windows as well.

    It's a json format, but it's not documented. There's this which might be of help: https://github.com/alexwennerberg/boxnotes2html
