    I am voting for this. I thinks it's a good RFE. I asked this question sometimes ago and believed it was removed due to GDPR or some other security measures.
    However I think this can be implemented in a different fashion.

    Here's my thought.
    - Allow to create a text file on box where can paste a box link on it.
    - Then if you shift+click the file, it will bring you to the link.

    Not sure if that is simple, I think there maybe other ideas as well.

    Thank you for the suggestion. We currently do not have this planned on our roadmap. We will place this in our backlog as we continue evaluating ideas to improve Box Drive.

    Please keep the feedback & use cases coming to help us prioritize this in the future!
