    Implementing this would be another immensely useful tool for orgs that use Google Docs for collaboration. Google Sheets opens CSV files natively, and it is surprising to learn that this functionality doesn't exist.

    We don’t plan to implement this exception in Box Tools. However, we’re working on a related solution: the ability to open files in Finder/Explorer via Box Drive, where you can then choose to open them with a different app. Stay tuned for updates.

    Our org would like to see this feature added to the roadmap. The integration with Google Docs - specifically the ability to create, edit, and collaborate - is very good. However app scripts and extensions functionality would be a very useful addition for the platform.
