An error occurred while saving the comment Anonymous commentedThis would could also be a workaround for https://pulse.box.com/forums/909778-help-shape-the-future-of-box/suggestions/47403479-choosing-default-sign-request-folder-location-when
We have restrict content creation enabled, and as a result Box Sign is failing to create the My Sign Requests and My Signed Documents folders.
We admin-create both folders manually for our users, and while Box Sign automatically uses the My Signed Documents folder once created, it **does not** use the My Sign Requests folder as the default sign request folder. You have to select it every time.
If Box Sign used the last folder the user sent from, then at least the _first_ time the user picked the folder, it would remember it for next time.

An error occurred while saving the comment Anonymous commentedAdding more detail - we have restrict content creation enabled, and as a result Box Sign is failing to create the My Sign Requests and My Signed Documents folders.
We admin-create both folders manually for our users, and while Box Sign automatically uses the My Signed Documents folder once created, it **does not** use the My Sign Requests folder as the default sign request folder. You have to select it every time.
For our use, we would be OK with either:
* Box Sign uses the My Sign Request folder as default, regardless of how it is initially created
* We specify the default folder for Box Sign to use (and would specify the My Sign Requests folder we admin-create)If that was not possible, if Box Sign could at least use the last folder the user sent from (per https://pulse.box.com/forums/909778-help-shape-the-future-of-box/suggestions/46202059-box-sign-when-creating-new-sign-requests-make-t) then at least the _first_ time the user picked the folder, it would remember it for next time.

An error occurred while saving the comment Anonymous commentedWe have this problem - on the default Box blue of #0061D5 the button text is shown in white, which is very readable. When I switch it for our brand orange of #EF4F22 the button text shows in grey (#4e4e4e) instead, which is very difficult to read. Both colors are similarly dark, which makes it surprising that Box chooses to use white-on-blue, but grey-on-orange.
If we were able to switch this to white text instead (or if Box knew to use white on colors this saturated) it would be so much clearer.
Hello -
I see that the status of this has been recently updated to "Not Planned".
Can you share any additional detail on why this is no longer being considered, or if there is a workaround that achieves the same result of prepare-before-send?
We personally migrated from DocuSign and used their capability for this extensively, and not having it has caused a lot of friction on various existing business processes.
