    Agree that using the sort order of 'all files' as the global default with no option to set defaults per folder is insanely wasteful of my time. Different folders have different sorting needs. A global default does NOT work, it's maddening.

    Agree entirely. Using the sort order of 'all files' as the global default is insanely annoying - every time you click back, every time you open a folder, it's not where you left it. DIFFERENT FOLDERS NEED DIFFERENT SETTINGS!
