   I put 88 photos into Box, but can't sort them by the metadata 'created' or 'modified' as they only show by when they were put into Box. The date and time stamp is critically important for the use of these photos.

   This is the natural behavior for lexicographic sorting which treats everything as a string. We are unlikely to change this behavior in the near- or mid-term.

   A box-native metadata table is not currently on the roadmap, but we have launched our metadata query toolkit alongside a content-explorer element that can emulate the same experience.
