We understand the request, but unfortunately this is not on the near-term roadmap. We will be exploring improvements and enhancements to Tasks in the next 1-2 years and will take this into consideration when we do.

Agree with jamesey, previewer uploader with the ability to delete. We upload a lot of photos direct to Box and people need to be able to delete the bad ones, but I would prefer they cannot edit the root files names and open links. I am beginning to wish we had gone with a platform that didn't have waterfall permissions! I thought I wouldn't be a big issue but not all collaborators are created equal.

We have a single file that needs to be locked to be prevented from download due to being proprietary. But it belongs in the patient folder, not elsewhere. To store it elsewhere is illogical, but if we store it in the file that has anything higher than Viewer permission, a person can unlock it and they have access. It is a little tricky when you have hundreds of files that you WANT your collaborators to have full access to, but one single file you wish they could view, but not download or edit, so you can't keep it in that folder, you have to put it in a folder higher up, which is not convenient (or causes hindreds of folders to appear to collaborators instead of single folders).

We collect a set of data on a patient and need to comment to have it reviewed by a mentor. For Example: "These are the 6 month follow up files for patient X" The mentor's task is to review ALL the files within the 6 month follow up file and give feedback to the uploader. It would be great to comment on the whole folder (the follow up as a whole) rather than small little conversations on individual files.
