    1. Owner filter should include additional filters for Co-owner, Editor, etc. (Our company chose to have Box Admin as an owner, so NO ONE is an owner on their own files/folders.)
    2. Search trash to restore files that someone else deleted when both users were co-owners. (Had to track down via email notification to ask the person to restore. Items I own is useless in our org due to #1 above.)

    Note: The speed of searching for something newly added is ridiculously slow.

  2. New Files take 10 minutes to appear in the search (Content Explorer)

    I don't understand the As is step 2.

    What are you creating the shared link from and where are you pasting it?

    I just had this issue where I shared a Box Note and the user couldn't see my images, so I had to grant them access to that images folder for that document. End users will NOT do this, so you're right, it's not working well, but I don't fully understand your work around.
