The ability to take a picture directly from Box Notes
As-is
Box Capture needs few steps to upload a picture to Box Notes
1. Take a picture and upload by Box Capture
2. Activate shared link and paste it in Box Notes
What it should be
Box Notes has the ability to take picture and paste it to Box Notes directly
1. Take Picture in Box Notes and sync the same permission as Box Notes

This is already implemented? Box Notes can take a picture and be pasted directly onto Box Notes.

I don't understand the As is step 2.
What are you creating the shared link from and where are you pasting it?
I just had this issue where I shared a Box Note and the user couldn't see my images, so I had to grant them access to that images folder for that document. End users will NOT do this, so you're right, it's not working well, but I don't fully understand your work around.
