Box Capture enhancements
Videos recorded using Box Capture on iPad have been randomly saving with incorrect orientation for some time now. Videos will be recorded with iPad in landscape mode, but files will come out in portrait mode. I have had to manually reorient many many videos over the past few months.
Clearing the local storage only works temporarily to fix the video rotation issue, and it eventually creeps back in. It is also odd to me that clearing the local video storage would have any effect on this. Is there some other data that is in the local storage that is gumming…

Tabbed mobile navigation
Currently, I cannot do meaningful work on the Box mobile app. It would be amazing if we could have tabs to enable the navigation within different folders/content at the same time. One tab could be a folder, another tab previewing a doc, another tab, editing a Box Note.

OCR support for Japanese in Android
OCR cannot recognize Japanese language in Android devices.

Auto overwrite if the file is uploaded with the same name in the folder via File Request.
In the current spec, the file with the same name in the folder is uploaded via File Request, the file name is automatically changed to containing date and time.
I want the option to overwrite the file when it has the same name of existing files.7 votes -
Ability to set a custom attribute in the Box Capture application
We would like the ability to set an attribute in the Box Capture application to automatically name photos with a desired store name.
For example, rather than automatically name the photo 2016-05-23_001.jpg, we would like to have the option to set the default name via an attribute or prefix that would enable them to more easily identify, search on, and organize them.
As an example they would like the option in the Box Capture application to be able to Set Photo Name Prefix to "Boise" so that the resulting photos would be saved to Box as: Boise2016-05-23001.jpg; Boise…

We need radio button for Box Sign template tags. We use checkbox for required field instead. When signer forget to check, we need to send another request again.

Capture file name field needed at time of capture for custom file name entry
Capture automatically assigns a file name. I would like a toggle in settings, so I have the option to enter my own file name at time of capture. Example: when I take pictures of a receipt, I use a naming convention that includes the dollar amount and vendor for easy search in the future. Date/time is not important or helpful in this scenario.

Overwrite when uploading a file with the same name in Box for iOS
If a file with the same name as a file stored in the Box is uploaded, the Web browser will overwrite the file and update the file version.
However, on iPhones and iPads, when a file with the same name is attempted to be uploaded to Box for iOS, a "name conflict" error occurs and it cannot be overwritten.Currently, 4,000 employees on site are provided with iPads to manage drawings and report forms in Box.

Option to not leave the data on the device
If the user presses the + button and selects "Take photos or videos" and encounters an upload error when uploading the photos or videos taken, those files are automatically saved in the device's library.
Since the data remaining on the device poses a security risk, you need an option to not leave the data on the device in the application settings.6 votes -

cascading auto-start workflows. We have a specific use case defined that would greatly benefit from this capability - shield classification being applied automatically alerts the uploader of the file that the content needs to be moved. This would be a big win for USAA

Allow configuration of permissions to apply and change each classification created
To apply or change a classification, select "Owners/co-owners and editors" in the classification settings, and then click Users with editorial privileges or higher can apply and change the classifications.

Access the Admin Console via the iPad application
Users with a co-admin or primary admin designation should be able to access the Admin Console when logged into the Box for iPad application (vs having to use the web browser)

Retain Mark for Offline setting when logging out and re-signing into Box
Currently if a user marks content for offline access in any of the mobile devices once the user logs out the content is removed from offline. The next time they sign in to the Box app, content needs to be marked for offline again. The request is to remember content has been marked for offline access on the mobile device so the next time they log in it makes the experience more seamless

Allow us to put some sort of "Official" Badge on Hubs
Admins should be able to mark official company Hubs to distinguish them from Hubs that organically appear due to team needs. While the latter is great, it would be nice to be able to pin/mark Leadership or HR hubs, for example, to the top of the gallery.

About the display when Box is opened from the Team mobile app with the mobile screen mode "dark mode".
I use my mobile to access Box on the Teams mobile app.
When the mobile screen mode is set to "Dark Mode", the screen will appear dark when the "Box Files" option on the Teams mobile app is selected and the box is opened, making it impossible to see file names, etc.
Please improve the Box so that it can be used in dark mode.（Japanese）
モバイルでTeamsモバイルアプリ上からBoxにアクセスして使用しています。
モバイルの画面モードを「ダークモード」にしている場合、Teamsモバイルアプリ上の「Box Files」を選択しBoxを開くと画面が暗く表示されるためファイル名等を確認することができません。
