    This feature should be standard. Scheduling automatic backups to an external hard drive if it is connected to the computer/ user that requested.

    Scheduling automatic backups to an external hard drive if it is connected to the computer/ user that requested should be a standard feature.

    Box backup to an external hard drive should be a standard feature. Since Box doesn't have adequate customer support to handle critical issues when something goes wrong, this should be standard and implemented so businesses aren't left waiting on ticket responses that end up wasting a bunch of time.

  4. Recommend an automated, timed backup onto a secure Duke folder for ToolKit folders/files to improve deleted file recovery options fora team
