Ability to restore folder structures to point-in-time
Similar to version history, we would like the ability to select a folder, folder structure, or subset of folders/files and restore all content therein to a specific point in time. OneDrive recently released a histogram with a timeline slider feature allowing admins to restore select content to a specific period in time. For users moving from on-prem or used to backups, this provides confidence in giving the right access levels to users to get work done with the ability to revert content/structures if needed in case of accidental moved/edited or corrupted content.

Ransomware is a major threat and using Box we have no protection from it.

This feature request is very important for us using Box.com for Business.

This is a very important feature on so many levels. Box works very well for us but this has been a needed feature from day one. Dropbox has implemented the requested feature. I would like some feedback to know if this is really not a planned feature. If not, what options can Box provide for point in time restoration. If not a feature, can Box engineers restore to point in time for emergency recovery?

! Here's an important use case!
Our company got hit with ransomware onsite. Since some users had Drive and Sync on the local computer, the folders in there were corrupted. As an admin I absolutely NEED to restore folders for users with corrupted files verses clicking on each file to restore.

I disagree with the decision to mark this idea as not planned. There needs to be a way to either backup your Box files with a different backup system so that you can have a copy of your structure at a point in time, or this functionality needs to be built into Box. I want to embrace Box for ALL of our company files but I am hesitant when the context of the files can be lost they cannot be recovered from their place in our folder structure.

I am expecting box drive should work as version control to restore folder to previous version that will restore all files/folder inside that folder to old date and time.
