    This is a critical feature. Users must be able to @mention others from within the Office app in Box. Commenting and mentioning in Preview mode is insufficient and significantly degrades the collaboration experience.

    We also need this implemented ASAP, this significantly impacts our collaboration performance in Box. @mention inside to MS Office documents is a must.

    We can also confirm that this is a critical feature and significantly degrades the collaboration experience. @ mentions that integration within Microsoft Office apps is a must. Commenting in the Preview mode is a very limited workaround.
