    It would be great if there was a relay or other option to upload a document and then have information automatically redacted and a new version of the file created. If it is a PDF it should remain a PDF with exact layout retained. A black box over the PII.

    Did this get added? I noticed there is a right click in Box option that allows you to open an EML file in Box.

    with the new version of Outlook no longer supporting MSG this has become a more important piece of functionality to incorporate into the platform.

    Would like to use Box Hubs as a knowledge portal for our customers. The other option would be to make the platform API the same as the Hubs API. That would allow us to create our own skin and get similar results. Today the APIs are different making it confusing as to why someone gets different results from the Hub and the API.

    I would be willing to pay extra to allow this feature if it is an issue of compute cost for the AI.

    without this feature our ability to use box signature is extremely limited. A lot of workflow tracking occurs through the use of metadata.
