An error occurred while saving the comment Geoff Moore commentedWould like to use Box Hubs as a knowledge portal for our customers. The other option would be to make the platform API the same as the Hubs API. That would allow us to create our own skin and get similar results. Today the APIs are different making it confusing as to why someone gets different results from the Hub and the API.
I would be willing to pay extra to allow this feature if it is an issue of compute cost for the AI.

APIs shouldn't be fragmented. If I can do it in the UI, I should be able to do it in the API. Please Box don't create siloed products. Make sure the platform team is involved in these developments. Don't use a speed to market argument. Make it work with the whole. Don't create a frankenstein. We view Box.com as one system not a fractured federation.
