We want users to be able to output a "folder and file" report for each folder.

Currently, only administrators can output the "Folders and Files" report.
We would like users with editor permissions for the target folder to be able to output a "Folder and File" report for each folder.
At that time, We would like to be able to select whether the report will be output to that folder or the output destination.現在、「フォルダとファイル」レポートは管理者しか出力できません。

A user with folder owner or co-owner privileges outputs a “Collaboration Report”.
Currently, only administrators can output the "Collaborations Report" .

Box version(s) report
It would be nice to be able to generate a report that shows a file's number of versions.
We'd like to change our versioning number at an Enterprise level, but we cannot see how many versions of a file any user has at a time.
It would be nice to be able to pull a report on 'Versions' of a file so that we can see who has over X# of versions of one file and email them about the upcoming change. Currently, there doesn't seem to be a way to find this information.

Ability to filter by external user on the UAR
Now that external user information is included in the user activity report (UAR) it would be great to have the ability to filter the report to just that one external user. We'd like the ability to filter by the external user's email address, just like we can with managed users. For large enterprises, running an open UAR leads to a very large report that takes time to sort and filter. The ability to filter to a specific user saves a ton of time.

Please implement the ability for Admins to specify the folder to export to when exporting a report.
In the course of our work, we sometimes share reports exported by Admin to users.
Currently, this is handled by inviting users as viewers to the exported reports (folders).
However, due to the need to share reports on a regular basis, a huge number of report folders are currently displayed on the user's "All Files" screen.
These folders are expected to continue to grow, and users are already finding Box very difficult to use at this time.Please implement the ability for Admins to specify the folder to export to when exporting a report.

現在は出力されたレポート(フォルダ)にユーザーをビューアーとして招待して対応しています。
しかし、定期的にレポートの共有が必要なため、現在は膨大な数のレポートフォルダがユーザーのすべてのファイル直下に表示されています。

A list of users who have sent "email to all" in a report.
The "Email All" function on the collaborator list screen on the folder screen allows you to check which user sent what message and when in the "User Activity Report", but it does not allow you to check which user the "Email All" was sent to.
I understand that "Email to all" cannot be sent to users with pending invitations or when there are more than 500 collaborators,

Report export function for active/inactive status of file request links
File request links, when created, edited, or deleted, appear in the user activity report, but not in the active or inactive status.
We are considering asking users to deactivate them for security integrity or to force deactivation of those that have been inactive for a period of time.
However, we cannot determine from the list of file requests in the management console whether all the information is visible.
Without an export function, some links will remain inactive for long periods of time.

Reflect the content requested by Box AI in the details column of the user activity report
When using Box AI multiple times at the same time, the current report does not allow us to check the details of which request was made in the log.

Report on Metadata Cascade
There is currently no way to generate a report via the admin console that indicated if a metadata template is set to cascade. A folders and files report can show what metadata is applied, but the only way to know if it cascades it to navigate to the folder in the webapp, run API queries, or intuit it by inspecting sub-files/folders to if if the value cascaded.

Setting Output Destination for Box Reports
I want to be able to set the output destination folder name or file name for Box reports. Since it is necessary to regularly create activity logs for each team and project, I want to be able to distinguish which department or project the report belongs to by folder name or file name.

Rename 'include subfolders' switch in User Activity report to 'include activity within subfolders'
There has been some confusion, as not enabling this switch still includes activity directly impacting the subfolders that sit in the parent level.

Include the ability to add additional information to a user creation event or new collaboration event
User creation and collaboration often includes a number of details that should be recorded and auditable by Box Admins. When a user is created, there is often a sponsor, a ticket or request ID, and potentially a rationale, project name, or dozens of other information that needs to be remembered by the organization. Likewise, when collaborations are created, there is often additional context that should be auditable after the fact - what is the reason for the collaboration, what is the project or ticket ID that led to the request, who is the sponsor - this is especially important for…

Ability to copy existing report to create new one
When creating a new scheduled report, that is similar to an existing scheduled report, it would be time-saving and efficient for the existing scheduled report that has the filters and schedule closed to those needed for the new report, to be able to COPY and SAVE AS the existing report's filters and schedule, to then edit to suit the new report's needs.
This would be far superior and timesaving than creating the new report from scratch, having first to screenshot the existing report's filters and schedules to ensure that the new one is created similarly.

Ability to Name Scheduled Reports
Add the ability to name the scheduled report. Currently the report is delivered as a csv file with the generic name of the report being run ie: "User Activity" and a date/time stamp. It would be very helpful to have the ability to type the name of the report so when it is delivered to me or my team the name is meaningful, and we readily know the content of the report. For example, if we have multiple reports scheduled, but they all arrive with the name "User Activity" we must open each one to determine what the content is…

Replace the Last Login on the User Details report with Last Activity
Replace the Last Login on the User Details report with Last Activity. It is very misleading to have Last Login, most people will assume this means if the last login was over a year ago, they aren't active.

Add Timestamp to Files and Folder Tree Report
The Files and Folder Tree report in the Admin Console only displays the date for content created/modified, etc. It'd be helpful to include the full timestamp in the date field.

Change the Last Login on the User Details report with Last Activity
The Last Login date of the User Details report doesn't show the real last login time of each users.

Device Reporting
It would be very useful to see all details of devices that our users are signing into. For instance, I can see the IP addresses where users are signed in, but I cannot see the specific device details. This is crucial for seeing the impact of locking down access via device trust.
