    Box has eliminated resizing buttons for thumbnails. I need that feature for quickly scanning groups of documents. Customer chat referred to elimination of flexible thumbnail resizing as a "product enhancement". It's not. It's "fixing" something that's not broken. Customer service stated that browser window resizing makes the thumbnails bigger. That's not true, at least in Chrome. Even if it were true, it's much more convenient to resize thumbnails in whatever window size works for me. Maybe they think eliminating the plus and minus resizing buttons and the slider between them provides a less cluttered, more elegant look. I don't. This useful and needed feature should be restored ASAP.
