A box-native metadata table is not currently on the roadmap, but we have launched our metadata query toolkit alongside a content-explorer element that can emulate the same experience.

We are currently gathering feedback to prioritize the different approaches for a "Metadata export' feature. This might include Box Apps, Admin Reports, or others.

Our current policy allows all users to create a Box Form, but only a few, mostly Admins, to create and modify Box Apps. However, we've discovered that only the person that created the form can add it to an App as a Form Block.
I would like to be able to add collaborators/co-owners to a form so it can be added by anyone with proper permissions to a Form Block. I'm sure there would be other benefits to having this capability as well.
