Cascading Metadata - applying policy should stay in affect so future value updates cascade without force.
Metadata cascade policy should stay in effect and push future value changes down (as per policy) - until the policy is removed.
Futher only the value(s) updated should be pushed down, not the full set of metadata values..

I believe this coincides with what I would like to see. For example
We apply a cascading metadata template to a "Project" folder. One of the attributes is "Project Status".
Currently if the value of "Project Status" is changed, that update does not propagate without toggling the policy on/off. It would be beneficial to have at least the option to propagate future value changes to children.
