We will not be supporting custom colors for folders. We’re investigating having visual indicators for certain classifications.

The overall request for the ability to annotate files in Box is tracked here: https://pulse.box.com/forums/909778-feedback/suggestions/35984509-ability-to-annotate-markup-files-documents-ima
Specific to this request, we do not plan to expose the ability to mark up a file (with highlights, drawings, etc.) with annotations that aren’t visible to other users. The primary use case for annotations in Box is to share feedback on a given file, like these examples:
“Update this paragraph to be here instead” on a document or “Change the color of this to blue” on an imageAdminModerator (@ Box, Box) supported this idea · -

Thank you for sharing this idea. Please note that it is currently possible to filter the list of apps in the Admin Console's Apps section by its status of Available / Disabled / Added by default.
However, providing a way to export a report of the apps in Boxs' apps catalog with their statuses is not on our nearby development roadmap.
Please let us know with additional postings if that is not satisfactory.
Thank you!

An error occurred while saving the comment AdminModerator (@ Box, Box) commentedI would like to be able to get a list of all apps that are enabled/disabled in the Individual Application Controls in the Admin console. It doesn’t look like I can get a list from the reports options. This is under Apps within the Enterprise settings menu.
Hi Adam - can you provide more information around this use case? When would you want to be able to have this level of control for a folder *someone else* shared with you?
