    The attachment here demonstrates how the fields in the first two reports link to provide necessary columns for CLI command line csv

    The metadata provides additional information to enable a mailmerge to be created to send to the users who CREATED the shared links, and a personalised spreadsheet for each user

    This can be done through Box CLI command with csv file - after running a Shared Links report and User Activity Report (max 7 years, Items shared), matching these to give the input for the csv

    I'd agree that there is potential justification for providing an option to switch 'ability to create, edit or remove shared links' from Editor collaborators EXTERNAL to company, whilst enabling INTERNAL Editor collaborators to continue to create shared links (of all kinds)

    This can already be done (now, 2025) using Box CLI command, csv file - having run a Shared Links report and User Activity (max 7 years, items shared action)

    Running a Shared Links report, and a User Activity Report (items shared action) for the max 7 years, then linking them together, to identify Item ID, Item type (file/folder) and boxuserID, will enable the shared links to be removed through Box CLI command line with csv file

    Whilst the new Content manager displays the folder path, it does not allow a filter on or sort by, therefore co-admins have to a) run an appropriate user activity report, b) sort by parent folder, c) identify and filter by folder, d) restore the folders first, then e) filter by file, and f) restore the files --- preferably using Box CLI commands

    Whilst Box developers have conceeded that this information is needed, and included it below other details in the new Content Manager, this is not sufficient.

    You cannot interact/sort/filter by this information, something that is CRUCIAL for Box Co-Admins when restoring content deleted by other users.

    Instead, we have to run appropriate User Activity Reports, filter on rows re folders, restore the folders in the correct order, then filter on files, and restore those ... for a particular path

    Come on Box, do the job properly :)
