Add further columns to Shared Links report
In order to prepare a csv file to bulk update existing shared links, it is necessary to
A) run TWO reports - a BOX USERS Report (CLI command), and a SHARED LINKS Report
If however, you wish to provide a list of shared links to each Box user who created the link(s), then a THIRD report is needed, a USER ACTIVITY Report (for max years, Items Shared action). This report needs to be filtered to show only the latest date/user that created the link (NB a shared link may be created more than once)
B) then the BOX USERS Report output and SHARED LINKS Report output (and USER ACTIVITY Report output) are merged to identify the Item owner login ID, the creator email address, creator ID (the ID of the user who last created the link)
Currently the SHARED LINKS Report has the following columns:
Item owner login
Item ID
Item name
Path
Shared item type
Shared link status
Shared Link Derived Status
Shared link URL
Custom URL
Password set
Created date
Expiry
Permissions
To AVOID the necessity of running the USER ACTIVITY Report and BOX USERS Report, and AVOID the time-consuming task of vlookups and editing to merge the three reports, it is requested that the Shared Links Report has the following THREE additional columns:
-Item owner login ID (the ID of the box account in which the link resides)
-Creator email address (the email address of the LAST user to create the shared link)
-Creator ID (the ID of the user who created the shared link most recently
By doing so, not only can CLI Command line be used to edit/remove shared links (requires itemid, itemtype and as-user (item owner login ID), but also mailmerge to users who created the shared links can be created, together with personalised spreadsheets for each user

The attachment here demonstrates how the fields in the first two reports link to provide necessary columns for CLI command line csv
The metadata provides additional information to enable a mailmerge to be created to send to the users who CREATED the shared links, and a personalised spreadsheet for each user
