This is very important. When attaching files with Box for Outlook, the file we want to attach is almost always the file we most recently put into Box. Currently, the default sort is oldest file first, which is extremely unreasonable.

In my company, there are frequent transfers between departments.
Because people don't leave the company, the transfer of ownership of Relays is left to individuals, and handover is often missed.
There is a strong need for a function that allows you to manage Relays on a group basis by setting groups as administrators of the Relay workflow.

This is a perfectly legitimate request. While "Box AI" is by no means a meaningless feature, its overly intrusive presentation is extremely unpleasant and severely damages the user's impression.
Users are also fed up with the trend of companies forcing the use of AI in other AI services. For example, Microsoft has announced a policy to curb the intrusive presentation of its AI services in response to this kind of feedback.
To avoid damaging the reputation of AI services as a whole, Box should naturally take similar action.
