Ability to do a OR condition check between certificates and windows domain check in the Device Ownership requirement
Employees will have company provided laptops which will be on SE domains. Contractors or Bring your Own laptop crowd will receive security certificate through MDM solution and they would be able to access Box based on that. Pushing the certificate to all internal 100K+ laptops is a technical challenge.

Qs re: API and "is_external_collab_restricted" parameter
I believe that the API allows for updating the "isexternalcollab_restricted" parameter. However, the API documentation and example does not illustrate this. Would you kindly update the documentation on this?
If I'm wrong and adjusting this paramter via the API actually isn't possible, would it be possible to request this be available?

Automatically upload iPhone photos to Box
Please provide the functionality of automatically syncing iPhone photos from camera roll to box drive through the iPhone mobile app itself.

Add a search feature to Box for Gmail
Our users have hundreds of folders and having to navigate over multiple pages is very time consuming.

Users without cell phones
I am attempting to build a Box app. In the app configuration pages, when I try to generate a public private keypair, I am required to enable two factor authentication. I don't have a cell phone, so when I attempt to enable, a code is sent to my land line and summarily vaporizes. So I can't enable two factor, I can't generate public/private key pair - summarily inconvenienced (to be nice). I need to use JWT. OAuth is not an option. In summary, two factor without a cell phone???????? Developers missed a scenario. Time to fix it.

Allow concurrent workflow steps
Currently, if a step in a user's workflow needs to get a response from multiple parties concurrently, this is not possible. For example, sending out marketing materials to multiple agencies at the same time and waiting for a response from all. At the moment, we would have to make this sequential whereby the second agency would receive a task only when the first agency has completed one.

It would be super-helpful to have a Python example for Generate a User Access Token.

Should specify login=None for clarity in create_user() call. Also addSpecify login=None to indicate you are creating an App User.

Box now sends reminder emails 24 hours before a task is due, as well as one when the task is overdue.
We may consider adding more granular controls in the future, based on feedback.

Redirect file uploads made to slack upload to Box
Current state: either you disable file uploads or you upload the file to Slack's s3 storage. We want the ability to have Slack redirect uploads to Box

Annotate PDFs within Box iOS app
We do not want to utilize a 3rd-party application like PDF expert.
10 votesThis feature is now available for users to annotate PDFs from the iOS application in free-form annotations. We will also soon be releasing additional capabilities to highlight a region of a document or specific text and add comments.

Allow dynamic links to work in watermarked documents
We want internal employees to be able to click into links but also prevent downloads and track who iss accessing the PDF

Make Classification One- Step/Right click for end users
Governance + Webapp
We would like to have a simpler way of adding classifications. Currently, users have to click into the document, then click details, then add classification tag on the bottom. We would like to have a simpler way such as adding Box Governance options to the "More Options" drop down menu

Maintain resolution of watermarked content.
Both previewed/downloaded watermarked files are difficult to view due to resolution degradation

Auto-capture scanned image on timer or upon recognition.
Option to either automatically capture a scanned image when it's recognized (like Evernote or Evernote Scannable app) or on a timer (like the Dropbox app)
