When signing in Box Sign, users currently have three options: typing a signature, drawing a signature, or uploading an image.
We request a feature that allows administrators to restrict the signature options available to managed users via settings in the Admin Console. Especially, we would like the ability to disable the image upload option. This functionality is crucial to prevent unauthorized users from using company or title stamp images.

When documents are signed via Ready Sign links, the signed files are currently saved with the file name format:Original File Name + Timestamp
As a result, it is difficult to identify who signed the document without opening the each files, which creates additional effort and inefficiency.
We would like to request an enhancement that allows customization of the signed file names. For example, enabling the file name to include:
・Original File Name + Signer’s Email Address
・Or providing an option for users to modify the file name at the time of signingImplementing this feature would greatly improve usability by making it easier to track and manage signed documents directly from their filenames.

Using the approval task, we implement manager approval prior to signing a contract in Box Sign.
When the AI appears in the sidebar, we cannot immediately check to see if a file has been approved, which reduces operational efficiency.

Collaborating on individual files increases security and compliance risks. For example, even if a user no longer needs access to a particular file due to reorganization, removing collaboration from the folder where the file is stored does not revoke access to files that have been assigned as tasks in Relay. Currently, in order to avoid this, administrators must manually remove collaboration on a file-by-file basis, which results in additional operational workload.
