This request makes sense, but this is not something that is planned for the foreseeable future.
I will keep monitoring similar cases and prioritize once this becomes a high value request.

You can now hide files and folders in Box Drive. For now, hidden content will continue to sync, but this may change in the future.

The Collaborations report shows details of ALL users and contents they own and collaborate with others. It would help a lot if this report supports users' groups so that admins don't have to filter names manually before sending out the report.

Support for Spotlight on macOS is out with the release of version 2.53 (https://support.box.com/hc/en-us/articles/53361463306515-Box-Drive-v2-53-Release-Notes).
The request will be left in the "gathering feedback" stage, as Finder/File Explorer search functionality does remain limited.

Some users have been requesting this lately. They would like to see the same feature in Box Sync, where they get to choose what folders to sync. To the users this makes their Windows Explorer a much more organized place.
