Improve Certificate Checking & Rotation Process
Proper certificate hygiene includes frequent rotation of certificates. In a large fleet of devices this may not be something that can be done instantly, so there should be a more flexible way to define what is trusted other than a single cert.
A generic cert can easily be copied from one device to another allowing a clever use to spoof the check on an unmanaged device.

The behavior is available in Amsterdam. When you’re inside a folder, the search filter dropdown has a checkbox that says “only search within [folder name]”

Save full email files back to Box (not just attachments)
Users at General Atlantic would like to use Box to archive important emails. But saving .eml files to their machines and then uploading is clunky and is not possible on mobile devices. They've requested a more automated way to send emails to Box from Outlook and Outlook app.

IOS EMM app to support Safari WebView Controller
Supporting this would allow Made For Apple requirements to be satisfied by using certificates on the device rather than requiring some other form of token

Auto provisioning of personal folders at account sign up as vanilla functionality.
This is present in most competitor's solutions, including SharePoint.

Difficult Managing App Users in Admin Console
We've already purchased EKM and would like these app users to be managed within their main enterprise account so that they can own the encryption keys.
If Box were to create the App users under their main enterprise account, this would adversely affect the ongoing administration of the core Box experience.
For example, app users would appear in the same tab as managed users. The admin event feed would also be capturing all the interactions of the 10,000 additional app users.

Collaborations Report: Add User Filter (same as Usage Logs)
Add ability to filter (like on Usage Logs) before running the report to avoid having to pull the report for all users (which takes quite a while as we know), then filter down in Excel.
Two Key Filter-able Options:
--Filter by Managed User
--Filter by Folder by choosing user -> choose folder OR by searching for folder nameThe Collaborations report is basically unusable as a large company due to the size of the report that's generated -- it's not scalable for us to have to pull the report for all users and filter down in Excel.

Keywordless Search
Ability to do a search without entering a string of text parameters.
In order to fully make use of Box's metadata features (including templates), Box needs to support keywordless search.

Access Stats: Ability to 'export' on a per-file basis
Provide an 'export' button in the Access Stats modal (pop-up), allowing folder Editors, Co-Owners, and Owners to export a .xlsx file containing all preview/download entries for the file (not limited to the 50 most recent).

Open Shared Link Controls: 'Auto-Expiration' to Only Impact Open Links ('People with the link' links)
Currently, the Auto-Expiration setting for Shared Links, if enabled, applies to ALL shared links regardless of whether they're set to people with the link, people in your company, or people in the folder.
