    There are certain prerequisites for enabling reporting with classification tags and metadata, and we will be working on those in the near future. Once those requisites are in place, we will be able to consider delivering reporting around these two features.

    Current shield download policy has only control to either restrict all external vendors or to open for the external vendors to download.

    We need to have granular access as we do have for managed users.

    Due to the current policy, Managed viewers cannot download a file whereas external users who have viewer access can still download the file if we are not selecting block all external users from the download.
