    I think of this as left sidebar Views alongside All Files/Recents/etc. "Items I Own" and "Items Shared with me".

    You can disable notifications through OS controls for Box Drive. That being said, we are working on improving error handling in Drive to address the root problems and hopefully lead you to disabling notifications as they are an important part of our UX!

    This is essential because users are not aware that they're missing critical feedback (such as that some files are still syncing up to Box).

    This is not something that we have on the roadmap for the foreseeable future. Notifications were suppressed for these items and we will be investigating different ways to make problem items in general more discoverable.

    This has impacted us several times, causing panicked calls to support that "all the things are gone!"

    If this cannot be fixed then better UI is a must, eg everything is still there but greyed out with a tooltip explaining why.

    Isn't this fully available natively in Box? We have it set up that anyone in the org can pass Okta authentication and get to Box, and if a Box account doesn't exist for the incoming login one is created on the fly.
